Six plots were selected this year from diverse soil types: chalk, flint, limestone. The grapes were direct pressed into barrel for fermentation. The wines low pH and cool cellars prevent malolactic conversion. After nearly 15 years sur lattes, the wine was disgorged. No dosage was used.

TRADITIONAL VINIFICATION Slow press by gravity, spontaneous fermentation and 6 months on the lees in burgundian oak-barrel. Parcel by parcel. No malolactic. Rosé by blending. Without finings
