Tauma Cerasuolo d`Abruzzo 2021

The color is from red, intense and brilliant. A multi-layer wine with a notable aromatic evolution. 2021 was a particularly hot and dry year, but the wine knows how to maintain a rigorous profile, with the fruit always under trace, in a slow pace of spicy tones, of coffee, then cherry and pomegranate. The mouth is creamy and then grows in an important way in an almost spicy finish, then bittersweet, then nice savory, but also warm and enveloping.

Aged 5 months in barriques. Only 2500 bottles produced.
