Natural Fermentation. Maceration in Oak vats for 2/4 months. Maturation in 25/35 hl casks for 3 years. Bottle ageing for about 2 years, no added sulphur.
Colour: Bright orange coppery yellow
Nose: Complex and intense with hints of apple, fig, dried fruit and a pleasant ethereal shade
