Made of 100% Pignolo grapes (Red)
Natural Fermentation. Maceration in Oak vats for 30/60 days. Maturation in used barriques for 5 years. Bottle ageing for 5 years, no added sulphur.
Nose: Complex, mature and evolved red fruit, finished with dried fruit, vegetable, spicy with coffee hints.
Taste: Elegant, vigorous, spicy, persistent and silky tannins
