A rosé with a capital R, from a hot vintage, but in which the aleatico it expresses itself with full maturity on very fragrant and fruity tones. After destemming, the wine has stopped for a few hours in contact with the skins, then pressed and placed in the vat to ferment on its own lees. After just three weeks of fermentation, it was decanted into various barrels capacity, to mature about 10 months. After bottling, it refines another 6 months before releasing it.
