Vinification Process: “Appassimento” Drying of the grapes in wooden box, soft pressing, maceration on the skins for 2 months and spontaneous fermentation with insigenous yeats for 45 days. After thar it`s aged 72 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
Intense ruby red Colour. On the nose: notes of ripen fruits, licorice, vanilla, leather. On the palate it`s elegant, intense,very long finish.
