Susucaru “Rosso” is a pure and transparent portrait of Etna that traces with character the refined and mineral profile of Nerello Mascalese. It is born on the lava terraces of the northern part of the great volcano from sapling vines of 70-80 years. The sip is modulated by a great finesse and a fine mineral freshness, despite the good extraction and the alcoholic heat. The nose is also accompanied by an elegant bouquet of small red fruits, liquorice roots and peppery and marine frames. Organic wine

Colour: Intense red ruby, with violets tints, slightly veiled

Nose: Very fine and subtle notes of small red fruits, mineral tones, citrus peel, licorice, black pepper and cloves

Palate: Elegant, fragrant, original and mineral, with great character and personality

Aging: Some months in neutral fiberglass tanks
