Colli Euganei Merlot DOC 2017
Wine obtained by fermentation on skins. The skins are left to ferment with the must for several days in special stainless steel containers in order to obtain the desired ruby red colour quite intense; winy fragrance with slight scents of freshly cut grass; dry, frank sapid flavour with soft herbaceous undertones and the subtle taste of raspberries.
Ideal with red meats, roasts, poultry, rabbit and semi-mature cheeses. Should be served at 18° C.
