Primoaprile Bianco 2021

A macerated white that already veers towards the orange wine type. A complex and wide-ranging Greco, which captivates with its intriguing breadth of expression and an absolutely unusual depth and persistence of flavour.

Maceration on the skins for 8 days, hand pressing using a vertical wooden press, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation using indigenous yeasts in chestnut, acacia and Slovenian oak barrels made from local wood. No clarification or filtration before bottling.
