We always use express couriers and, also in Christmas time, we guarantee shipments throughout Singapore in 2 working days.
On shipment day, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.



All products sold at are insured by our company during their transport and are carried at our own risk. The delivery is made upon reception of full payment of the goods. Any delay for delivery will by no means be compensated, accounted nor enable the cancellation of the order. However, if after a delay of one month upon written claim by the customer, the goods have still not been delivered, the sale could then be cancelled by either one of the parties.The customer will then obtain the refund of his payment excluding any other compensation or damage, within a delay of maximum one month.
Complaints / Breakages: The Customer is advised to examine all goods purchased upon receiving the goods. Any shortage or breakage must be brought to the attention of the delivery personnel immediately. Complaints will not be entertained unless this condition is observed.



Shipping for Singapore is free for orders above 250$.
Below this amount, the rates are 20$.



Deliveries are made on 2 working days, from Monday to Friday, mostly from 12 to 18:30. To facilitate delivery, if you can, please indicate an address where there is always someone to collect your order, such as an office or a trusted store.

Important: in case you receive a package that is not intact or damaged, it is essential that you highlight this anomaly by writing on the delivery document the word “RESERVE“, describing the anomaly identified. Then inform us sending an email to, attaching photos of damage or non-original packaging, etc.
