This Red Wine made of red berried grapes from different vintages. Small maceration on the skins and subsequent aging of 10 months in chestnut barrels. Its not being filtered favors a protection to the wine which slows down its oxidation in an exceptional way. For this reason, you will find in your home a 1.5 liter bottle with a conservation that is the envy of many “sulphured” wines.
