Manual harvest; vinification in the absence of sulphurous; 17 days of maceration (with daily “follatura”); malolactic fermentation in barrique; on the yeasts for 18 months; 22 months in bottle. Bright ruby red. The nose is very intense with fruity hints of cherry and raspberry that evolve into notes of undergrowth, wet earth and roots. In the mouth it is balanced and of great structure. A good freshness is perceived, the tannins are well blended and expresses a good softness. Excellent persistence.
