Obtained from 50% Sangiovese (young vines), 25% Merlot and 25% Syrah, harvested in the neighboring Gaetano vineyard. Spontaneous fermentation with 20 days maceration on the skins in oak vats. Aged in large barrels. A wine played on acidity with hints of spice and evolution.
