SOS Lago Bianco 2020

Sos lago is a white wine produced with local white grapes. The vineyards are located between 400 and 500 meters above sea level with east / south-east exposure, on soils of volcanic origin that bring a lot of minerality to the wines. Manual harvest of the grapes, Aged for a year in steel, a wine that was created to raise awareness of the damage that geothermal energy can cause to the lake. Part of the proceeds will be donated to a project to combat these plants.
