Organic and Natural Wine, the grapes are dried for 15 days, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, maceration on the skin. Aged 16 months in used tonneau barrels, and further 6 months in bottle. Unfiltered

It is a concentrated dark ruby red wine with hints of red fruit jam and notes of licorice and chocolate in the bouquet. It is sweet with a finely balanced acidity that keeps it alive until a very persistent finish
