This vintage champagne is a very rare blanc de blancs champagne made from Pinot Blanc from the 2019 vintage. This blanc de blancs is from the single vineyard “Parcelle La Côte de Val Mentra”. The grape material is Sélection Massale, which also testifies to a serious and uncompromising grower. Single parcel, one year, one vintage. Brut Nature. The most original champagne that can be made. Minimal production of this gem. Just 1089 bottles!
