White vinification, without the use of selected yeasts or other additives except for a small quantity of sulfur. Unfiltered wine. Aging 6 months in used wood and 1 month in steel, then bottle. Although the vineyards are both in areas that fall within the DOC and the harvest yields are lower than those required by the relevant legislation, it`s labelled as “rosé wine” as a matter of practicality. The name “Tauma” in Aramaic means twin: the two vineyards by chance have the same number of vines and Giuliano’s daughters are twins.
