Vinification
short maceration followed by gentle pressing of the grapes fermentation in steel tanks and 1/3 in wooden casks (tonneau).
Ageing
maturation on the fine lees in steel tanks and 1/3 in wooden casks (tonneau) for 10 months.
Harvesting
mid of September.
