Sparkling red wine of beautiful freshness and vitality, re-fermented using the Charmat method. The mousse is rosy, fine and persistent, accompanied by pleasant floral and fruity notes, with a dry and fragrant taste.
The colour of Paltrinieri’s Lambrusco di Sorbara ‘Sant’Agata’ is a pale ruby red with brilliant pink reflections and a dedicated, fine froth with good persistence. On the nose there are hints of violets and berries, while in the mouth it is heady, fresh and delicate with a special overall balance for a curious and inviting drink
