In memory of the old village taverns that Gianfranco`s grandfather loved. Also an ancient clone of the Salamino di  Santa Croce. “Perfranco” is a semi-sparkling rosè wine produced with the ancestral method, that is through the refermentation in the bottle. It is lively, taught and dynamic, Fresh and with a scent of citrus fruit, in particular grapefruit.
