Litrozzo Rosso 2021

Organic red wine made of Sangiovese and Merlot.
Spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts without adding sulfur, maturation in fiberglass tanks for a few months.
Colour: Purple red. The nose: is expressed with hints of cherries, blackberries and blueberries in jam, notes of violets and hints of pepper.
On the palate: the wine has a fair body, and is supported by a nice juiciness as well as by an enjoyable tannic texture.  Long persistence and pleasantly fruity closure
