After the various experiences in France of Clémentine and Gianmarco, here is the decision to plant some Syrah on the shores of Lake Bolsena with the certainty that the splendid volcanic terroir enhances its quality even more! In 2020, given the good quantities, it was decided as in 2016, to make two separate Syrahs and vinified in a different way, with the labels of Ninì and Lulù, expressions of two different characters.
Compared to Ninì 20, he wants to express himself with a more “serious”, austere character, with a more decisive extraction. Deep, long and complex, with notes of ripe red fruits, spices and herbs; sensations and drinkability supported by the minerality of the terroir that always leaves its mark.
