Dolceacqua Posaú DOC 2023

High along the western ridge of the Val Verbone, there is also a ‘Costa da Posa’ in the Cinque Terre – Posaù is a spectacular natural amphitheatre in the municipality of San Biagio della Cima.

It is an authentic cru, also because it is capable of a climatic dynamic of its own, so much so that historically it is one of the two or three Rossese wines with the highest alcohol content and tightest tannic structure.

The bouquet is exceptionally open and communicative: it smells of citrus and spices, flowers and iodine, and over the years will be enriched with sweet notes of bitter cocoa and tanned leather.
