Maccario Dringenberg
Dolceacqua Sette Cammini DOC 2023
From Rossese grapes from vines recovered in a small vineyard at 550 metres above sea level, in the hamlet of Mortola Superiore in the commune of Ventimiglia, on a Ligurian pre-alpine ridge between the Belenda hill and Monte Grammondo.
A magnificent location amidst exuberant nature and irreproducible panoramas ranging from the mountains to the sea in a single glance.
Maccario Dringenberg’s Sette Cammini is a wine literally torn from the mountains and the sea at the same time, a unique product that with the 2023 vintage reaches its third year produced.
The Sette Cammini is a wine of sea, mountain and light, with an olfactory profile that decisively refers to an idea of luminous freshness, told by slightly spicy scents of fresh and medicinal herbs, small berries and wild fruits, and dog rose. The sip is continuous, responsive and captivatingly fresh, in line with the olfactory picture.
