Bussia is one of the legendary cru of the appellation. The Barolo Bussia Riserva is perfect to show us the potential of this celebrated cru. This wine was fermented in stainless steel but saw very long skin maceration times (90 days). It later ages in large Slavonian oak for four years. Only 3,000 bottles were made. A fantastic wine, powerful and complex, in the strict range of the best Italian reds, ideal for greats dishes of the international cooking
