Scapulin Bianco 2023 Magnum 1.5L 2023

“Scapulin” is a white wine made from Chardonnay grapes and produced in the style of Burgundian whites. It first matures for 9 months in the same barriques, then undergoes further refinement in glass for a minimum of six months. It is a small production of just over 1,000 bottles. On the nose, the aromas range from notes of yellow peach to tropical hints and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied, warm, and enveloping, with good freshness and savoriness. It closes with a long finish.
