The simplest wine of the Montevertine estate is also the one most uncorked and loved by Italian wine writers and aficionados of old-fashioned Tuscan wines. A wine for snacks and informal occasions in general, but capable of surprising for its delicacy and flavour. It does not disdain ageing but is fantastic drunk young.
