Training system: Spurred cordon, with 2,400 plants per hectare.

Yield per hectare: 80 quintals

Harvest period: End of September

Grape varieties: 20% Grechetto,20% Malvasia, 20% Chardonnay, 20%Sauvignon, 20% Garganega

Alcohol content: approx. 13.5%

Harvest: by hand, with transport of the grapes in small steel containers

Type of fermentation with skins separated from green stems, at the time of crushing, and without added sulphites

Days of fermentation and skins maceration: 15-20 days

Wine maturation: in stainless steel barrels for 1 year

Characteristics: soft, balanced, viscous, aroma of fresh bread and dried figs.
