With a company history dating back to 1542, Bortolin is a historical producer in the Valdobbiadene region, the heart of Prosecco.  Currently run by the Bortolin brothers who are firm believers in keeping traditions and merging them with modern innovation to produce wine thats always excelling expectations.

This a is classic dry brut style. Imagine crusty bread mingled with the finest of fragrant bouquets; hints of pear and wild flowers. Mellow with a fruity body, balanced and pleasantly fizzy, fresh and easy to drink.

Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, with starters, fried food, tempuras fish or in the Italian tradition, drink it throughout the meal.
