Innovation and Interpretation. Now this is the third year that we bottling a “vatting of Rums” Assembling and then create interpreting. This rum is the result of an assembly of individual barrels from different geographical origins.
We have thus given rise to a spirit with a unique character and personality very exclusive marker. Balsamic and spicy, intense and pleasant. A very rhythmic gymnast that shows its muscles.
On the palate we find long and rich shades of different citrus fruits, cocoa, leather and balsamic tones.
