Refined and complex wine which reveals its complexity only open breathing for some time in the large Burgunder glass, a perfect accompaniment to your meals.

Vinification
gentle pressing of the grapes, fermentation in steel tanks and 1/3 in wooden casks (tonneau).
Ageing
maturation on the fine lees in steel tanks and 1/3 in wooden cask (tonneau) for 10 months.
Harvesting
mid of September.
