An orange wine with a frank and territorial profile, the result of a spontaneous vinification with maceration on the skins for 4 days and an aging of at least one year in used barrels. Mediterranean and unique, it features aromas of citrus peel, honey, iodized and mineral hints. The sip is disruptive, rich and of great personality, with a saline system and a great tension brought by a vibrant freshness.
