Barolo Bussia Riserva by Fratelli Fantino (Fantino`s brothers) is elaborated starting from the old vines of over 60 years of age located in the Dardi area in the extended cru of Bussia. Dardi has always been considered a crucial part of Bussia Soprana, even if from a viticultural point of view it has always enjoyed its identity, linked to the excellent exposure of the vineyards. Giannatale and Alessandro Fantino, refine the Nebbiolo for 5 years in large Slavonian barrels, after having fermented the grapes spontaneously for about a month. After resting for 12 months in the bottle, the Barolo is ready.
