Cesanese Superiore DOC 2019

The name of the wine derives from a wild flower – very common in the fields around the winery- It is obtained from a selection of native grape cesanese (100%). Grapes are hand-harvested when ripening has reached an optimal level, and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Ruby red with garnet hues, pleasant fruity hints, especially reminiscent of the small berries, delicate iron and herbs notes. Crisp and lean, nicely balanced with a measured tannin that blends perfectly with a mineral hint.
