This is the yellow ribolla, an ancient variety typical of Collio and the one Joska Gravner is most fond of. The Ribolla Anfora is a magic, magnetic wine that can hold you to the glass! Its fragrances are multiple and all of great complexity. The mineral traces, typical of the terrain on which the grapes are cultivated, make it flavorful and rich but perfectly balanced and digestible. A wine that has everything; inimitable, a far cry from any kind of standardization.
