Unfiltered natural red wine from Oslavia (Friuli-Venezia Giulia), crafted from 100% Pinot Nero using wild yeast fermentation. It undergoes 14–30 days of maceration on the skins in open oak vats without temperature control, followed by 5–6 years of aging in large Slavonian oak casks and several years in the bottle. Bottled without added sulfur dioxide (), it presents an intense ruby-garnet hue with a complex profile of tart red fruit, forest floor, leather, and firm tannins. Balanced by high natural acidity, it features exceptional aging potential and benefits from decanting before service.
