The classic version of Valdobbiadene DOCG. Immediate and prolonged on the nose, the aromatic perception is helped by a medium sugar residue. White peach and ripe apple are the main fruit descriptors, while acacia flowers and dog rose are the floral ones. On the palate the modest residual sugar mixes delicately with the acid and saline part, transmitting a persistent harmonic and prolonged velvety sensation that invites continuous drinking.
