A precious wine of ancient Veronese tradition. The hand-picked grapes on the hills of Valpolicella produce re-fermented, a wine which then comes in a second fermentation, on the skins of the Amarone, hence the name Ruby red color with violet reflections. Fruity aroma with hints of cherry, black cherry, wild berries.
