Semi-dry and sparkling version of the symbolic red wine of the region. It is the bottle of tradition, which even in its name wishes to emphasise continuity with the customs of the past and with the history of a region that has always been linked to viticulture. The label represents a modern interpretation of the everyday red wine that has always been present on the tables of the Modena area. Its lively fruity freshness gives an immediately pleasant sip, a true explosion of red fruit aromas. The slight sweetness perfectly balances the vibrant freshness typical of the grape variety.

The bouquet expresses exuberant aromas of berries, ripe cherries, strawberries and delicate floral nuances of violets. The palate is intense and smooth, with sweet, juicy fruit, enlivened by a slight carbonicity. The finish is fruity, harmonious and very fresh.
